OMG!… have you ever picked up a book and just knew you had been waiting for it? Of course you did not know you had been waiting for it but maybe you had been feeling a little growly and discontent, searching but you were not quite sure for what? Might I suggest that creating your own fabric might be it and Playful Fabric Printing might be your answer?
And here is the cool thing, it does not have to take up a lot of room or even be a lot of fabric. Since I know you.. you are saying “but – but – but , I have all this other fabric I have not used yet”… By doing small batch printing you can infused some life into a stash that might not be making your socks roll up and down right now. Or maybe it would add a spark to a collection you have been eyeing but were not sure what to do with.
In other words you don’t have to abandon the quilt store fabric that you love to also fall in love with the idea of printing your own fabric as well!
This book ticks all the boxes for me, and the truth is I am rather a hard-ass these days when it comes to adding a new book to my personal library.
- Gorgeous printing, layout and color. I don’t know about you, but the way a book feels in my hand is important – so I am all over the nice paper that was used and the cover texture.
- Easy to digest information broken up in accessible chunks for reading during a busy life.
- Formula and resource sheets
- Eye-candy level inspiration with a nice balance of accessibility. You will feel like you too can do this after reading this book.
