Week 6.. already over 1/2 way done with our Cutter Quilt Countdown to the holidays! Are you feeling inspired yet.. picked up a few ideas or are you still looking for your mojo that left town on a rail when COVID changed our lives forever? (Yes, while I think life will become easier at some point I don’t imagine we will ever go back to where we were before and it is time to wrap our heads around that.)
This week I am getting a bit of a jump on the cold winter holidays with some super cute little cutter quilt trees. My goal is to make a bunch of these to use as a “cutter quilt forest” across my mantle or maybe down the center of my dining room table. This is a perfect use for some of the smaller cutter quilt scraps. Heck go one step further and sew some of the smaller scraps together and then recut the tree shapes from that.. super scrappy!
