Hello from Sunday afternoon as we head into week 4! of Appliqué month here at BAQS
English Paper piecing which is often confused with foundation paper piecing is the art of taking small shapes cut from a base material, often paper but not always and then wrapping and securing fabric around that shape in order to hold that shape until the unit is securely stitched to another corresponding shape.
The most well known shape for this is the Hexagon but there are SO MANY OTHERS!
